What does my registration include?

In-person: Daily breakfast and lunch, and access to exhibits and events as noted on the agenda. Access to recorded presentations 60 days post-conference.

Virtual: Stream of live broadcast of all general sessions, as well as access to recorded presentations 60 days post-conference.

Register before June 18 to receive the discounted registration rate.

Registrations received before July 1 include a complimentary conference t-shirt!

Reservations:

The Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront hotel is the host for this year's conference. Due to the size of the conference and popularity of the location, the block of VAPA rooms sells out quickly. Staff cannot add or guarantee rooms.

Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-HILTONS and mentioning the Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants.

Room rates start at $229 per night.  Taxes and parking are not included. The discounted room rate is available until June 29, 2021.
