How to Join the VAPA

You can join VAPA by submitting an on-line application (credit card payment required) or you can download a printable version and mail it to VAPA. For the printed version you will need the Acrobat reader installed on your computer to print the form. The reader is free and can be downloaded from the Adobe Web site.
